Flavours For Pharmaceutical Products

What we have:

Liquid and powdered flavours for the pharmaceutical and oral hygiene industries, which are completely suitable for the materials used in formulas of tablets, capsules, powdered or syrup medicine, etc.

Some applications:

Powdered

A pharmaceutical powder is solid dosage form which contains mixture of finely divided drugs or chemicals in a dry form meant for internal or chemicals in a dry form meant for internal or external use.

Tablets

A tablet is a pharmaceutical oral dosage form (Oral Solid Dosage, or OSD) or solid unit dosage form. Tablets may be defined as the solid unit dosage form of medicament or medicaments with suitable excipients. It comprises a mixture of active substances and excipients, usually in powder form, pressed or compacted from a powder into a solid dose.

Capsules

Capsules are solid dosage forms in which drug and/or inert substances are enclosed in a gelatin shell. The gelatin shell may be hard or soft depending on their composition. The word capsule is derived from the latin capsula, meaning a small box.

Syrup medicine

A liquid preparation of medicinal or flavoring substances in a concentrated aqueous solution of a sugar, usually sucrose; other polyols, such as glycerin or sorbitol, may be present to retard crystallization of sucrose or to increase the solubility of added ingredients. When the syrup contains a medicinal substance, it is termed a medicated syrup; although a syrup tends (due to its very high [approximately 85%] sucrose content) to resist mold or bacterial contamination, a syrup may contain antimicrobial agents to prevent bacterial and mold growth.
