JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive domestic and international purchasing requests from various departments.
  • Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers and vendors; negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment terms.
  • Follow up and expedite the purchasing process in accordance with established procedures to ensure timely fulfillment of goods and material requirements.
  • Submit prices and contracts for approval, issue purchase orders, and monitor purchasing plans and delivery schedules to ensure the Company’s production and business needs are met fully, appropriately, and on time.
  • Check payment documents and coordinate with the Accounting Department to monitor payments, outstanding balances, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain purchasing data, documents, contracts, and monitor contract expiration dates.
  • Prepare work reports and provide regular progress updates to the direct supervisor at the end of each week.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Female candidates, with a college degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in domestic and international purchasing at food manufacturing companies or food ingredient manufacturers.
  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in import/export, production planning, warehousing, logistics, or related supply chain functions are preferred.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Good physical health.
