JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Receive requests for investment in new machinery and equipment for production and develop investment plans to meet production requirements.
  • Develop plans to upgrade and improve existing machinery and equipment to optimize production costs.
  • Based on investment and improvement requirements, advise the Management Board on machinery and equipment selection, suppliers, and relevant technical specifications and requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing plant.
  • Good knowledge of food manufacturing standards and systems such as HACCP, FSSC, ISO, etc.
  • Good understanding of related areas, including HSE and Maintenance.
  • Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and office software.
  • Knowledge of the flavor and fragrance industry, particularly spray drying equipment and powder-form raw materials/products such as coffee, milk…
